RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you
can return items to us within 14 days (from the delivery date)
for a full refund.
All items will be refunded if returned within the stated
time-frame and as long as they are unused, unopened and
have not been removed from the original packaging. For
reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept
returns on brushes, beauty blenders,lashes, eyeliners,eyebrows
pomade. We cannot
accept cosmetics which have been opened, tested or
partially used. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly
supplied goods where your statutory rights are
unaffected. If you do receive a Faulty or Incorrect
Product, please Contact Us immediately.
Unfortunately, if you return an product, the costs
and risks associated with postage are your own. We
regret that we are unable to cover return postage costs
or refund the original postage charges unless the return
is due to our own error, therefore, original postage costs
are non refundable.
